During stay here from April 25-27, Tie Banh, was received by Sultan Ali Keshtmand, member of the Political Bureau of the People's Democratic Party Afghanistan (PDPA) and Chairman of the council of ministers, who expressed his total support for the PRK's policy of National Reconciliation and the Kampuchean People's heroic struggle for national revival, peace and social progress.
