This year we mark the day of Hatred, May 20, at a time when the trend of dialogue and compromise in the world is making impressive advances and progress. All public opinion is paying close attention and looking forward to the summit meeting between the USSR and U.S leadership that will reach an accord on arms reduction and discuss solution to regional problems, particularly the Cambodian issue.
