Moeung, worker of textile factory T-2, confessed that Phon, soldier of dyeing machine of textile factory T-2, was a Free Khmer of Bin Bophal, commander of special zone, and he was responsible for spying on Khmer Rouge. After the liberation, Phon received the plots from Mut to destroy weaving machine in textile factory T-2.
