Cambodia celebrated its annual "Hatred Day" in May by releasing a new film about the much feared Khmer Rouge. The movie "Nine stages to Hell" is the American movie, "the killing fields", which is officially banned in Cambodia (Kampuchea) but widely viewed on smuggled videotapes.
