High command-General Le Ngoe Hien and staff of 300, of Vietnamese troops in Kampuchea withdrawn, following handover to Phnom Penh government withdrawal of remaining 50,000 strong army to be completed by year end. According to Lt. General Le Kha Khieu, deputy supreme commander, 13,000 withdrawn to date. Since start of invasion at end-78, altogether 25,000 killed.
