Phnom Penh (SPK), August 08 - The Soviet Union welcomes the agreements reached in Bogor and considers the Jakarta informed meeting (JIM) a promotion of the dialogue aimed at searching for solutions to meet the Kampuchean people's aspiration and contribute to accelerating the normalization of the situation in Southeast Asia, says a statement issued last week by the Soviet Foreign Ministry.
