|
Three and a half-day of informal peace talks between four warring Cambodian factions and other "interested parties" in Bogor ended on July 28, with mixed feelings about what had been achieved. There was no agreement on a final communique, but in a decision issue at the close of the talks, it was decided to set up a working group at a senior official level, with a view to holding another informal meeting in 1989.
