Mao Sien, 38 years old, joined the CIA in 1972 and the Party of Socialist Republic. Sien received Khuon Kandien's CIA plots. After April 17, 1975, Sien conducted CIA activites within the network of Hao Thouren and Tik Kung by means of arguing that Angkar provided insufficient food and forced [people]to work the same as the old regime. Sien worked carelessly, damaged raw materials, hid technical knowlege by not teaching new workers, and caused a welder machine gone wrong.
ឈ្មោះ ម៉ៅ សៀន អាយុ ៣៨ ឆ្នាំ ចូលសេអ៊ីអានៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧២, ចូលគណបក្សសង្គមសាធារណរដ្ឋ ហើយទទួលផែនការសេអ៊ីអាពី ឃួន កណ្ឌៀន។ ក្រោយថ្ងៃ១៧-៤-១៩៧៥ សៀន ធ្វើសកម្មភាព សេអ៊ីអាក្នុងខ្សែ ហោ ធូរេន និង ទិត គង់ ដោយបានតវ៉ានឹង អង្គការឱ្យផ្ដល់ការហូបចុកគ្រប់គ្រាន់ ហើយធ្វើការដូចរបបចាស់។ ម៉ៅ សៀន ធ្វើការខ្ជះខ្ជាយ ធ្វើឱ្យខូចសម្ភារៈវត្ថុធាតុដើម លាក់បចេ្ចក ទេសមិនព្រមបង្រៀនដល់កម្មករថ្មីនិងធ្វើឱ្យឆេះម៉ាស៊ីនផ្សារមួយគ្រឿង។
