A SENIOR Soviet negotiator left Peking yesterday after achieving only limited success in removing what he called the "shadow" of Cambodia from Sino-Soviet relations. Before departing for Moscow, the Deputy Foreign Ministers, Igor Rogachev, said five days of talks had been helpful but marked only the first step towards a settlement of the conflict.
