Prince Sihanouk will meet Kampuchean Premier Hun Sen in Paris tomorrow. This is the first meeting between representatives of the opposing sides in the nine year old Kampuchean war, The talks are the expected to lead to formal negotiations aimed at bringing an end to Vietnamese occupation of Kampuchea and creating a neutralist, coalition government.
