Fere- En- Tardenois, France, December 2, Reuter- Kampuchean Prime Minister Hun Sen and resistance leader Prince Norodom Sihanouk began peace talks in a renaissance chateau north of Paris on Wednesday. The meeting was the first between a senior representative of the Vietnamese- backed Phnom Penh government and Sihanouk exiled former head of state of Cambodia now Kampuchea.
