Sihanouk also wanted AI to meet with him later, in early November, in a "working session". He is planning a series of these to coincide with his meeting with Hun Sen. The idea is to involve as many foreigners and important agencies as possible so as to increase the number of interested observers who will help to more the process along and also, according to Sihanouk, held him to prevent the PDK and the Vietnamese from Cheating on the Settlement.
