The office of the personal representative of Samdech Norodom Sihanouk in Cambodia and Asia disclosed that Samdech Norodom Sihanouk has canceled the second, or third, meeting between him and Hun Sen of the Heng Samrin regime by saying these talks would be fruitless if the other two parties did not participate. Samdech Norodom Sihanouk said there will be no new meeting between him and Hun Sen without the participation of the other of the Cambodian coalition Government.
