In the afternoon of October 22, the five day national congress of district cadres was successfully closed at the Central Political Training School. During the meeting, the participants listened to reports summing up the result of the implementation of the resolution of the fourth party central committee's third session and the resolutions of the fifth party central committee's fifth session on building and strengthening communal and Village localities.
