Koh Lay, train worker, confessed that Sou, Chief of Train Group, was a cow merchant and smuggler at Siem Reap market. In 1972, Sou joined the revolution and betrayed the party through the indoctrination of Doh, soldier of White Khmer. In 1974, Sou and Doh were assigned by Chhy and Thy, Chiefs of Sub-district, to convince soldiers to defect from their unit. After April 17, 1975, Sou persuaded workers to disgust the Angkar.
ឈ្មោះ កោះ ឡាយ កម្មកររថភ្លើង ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ ស៊ូ ប្រធានក្រុម រថភ្លើងថា ស៊ូ ជាអ្នកជួយគោនិងជាអ្នករត់ពន្ធនៅផ្សារសៀមរាប។ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧២ ស៊ូ ចូលបដិវត្ដហើយក្បត់បក្សតាមការអូសទាញ របស់ឈ្មោះ ដុះ ដែលយុទ្ធជនខ្មែរស។ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ ស៊ូ និង ដុះ ទទួលការចាត់តាំងពីឈ្មោះ ឈី និង ធី គណៈឃុំ ឱ្យបំផុសយុទ្ធជន រត់ចោលជួរ។ ក្រោយថ្ងៃរំដោះ១៧-៤-១៩៧៥ ស៊ូ បាន ឃោសនាកម្មករឱ្យស្អប់អង្គការ។
