Koh Lay, worker of train unit, confessed that Mean, worker of railroad unit, was a former railroad technician. After, Mean was assigned by the Angkar to work in train unit, he started to propagandize against the party's line, under the control of Mam, committee of region 2 [Mean's traitorous chief]. Moreover, Mam convinced Mean to expand White Khmer forces in train unit.
ឈ្មោះ កោះ ឡាយ កម្មកររទេះភើ្លង បានឆ្លើយថា ឈ្មោះ មាន កម្មករផ្លូវដែករទេះភើ្លង ជាអតីតអ្នកបចេ្ចកទេសផ្លូវដែក។ ក្រោយ ពេលអង្គការចាត់តាំងឱ្យ មាន ចូលធ្វើការខាងរទេះភើ្លងមក ខ្លួនចាប់ ផ្ដើមឃោសនាវាយប្រហារមាគ៌ាបក្សរហូត ដោយមានឈ្មោះ ម៉ម គណៈតំបន់ ២ ជាមេក្បត់របស់ មាន។ ម៉ម អប់រំ មាន ឱ្យខំកសាង កម្លាំងខ្មែរសកុ្នងអង្គភាពរទេះភើ្លង។
