Kao Yoeun aka At, working at woman battalion politics, division 310, confessed to the fact of Saut and Phoeun, female soldiers of division 310. He prompted Saut and Phoeun to have sexual misconduct and to involve in treason. In July 1976, Saut and Phoeun received a plan to convince women to get engaged in sexual misconduct and to destroy seedlings.
ឈ្មោះ កោ យឿន ហៅ អាត នយោបាយវរសេនាតូចនារី កងពល ៣១០ ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ សូត្រ និង ភឿន យុទ្ធនារី កងពល ៣១០ ថា វាបានបំផុសសូត្រនិងភឿនឱ្យខូចសីលធម៌ និងអប់រំឱ្យក្បត់។ នៅខែ៧-១៩៧៦ សូត្រនិងភឿន បានទទួល ផែនការពីវាឱ្យបំផុសនារីឱ្យខូចសីលធម៌និងឱ្យបំផ្លាញសន្ទូងស្រូវ។
