Ke Thaong aka Nang, medical person of P-31, confessed that in March 1975, Sen, Chief of Economic Unit, Medicine Warehouse, in Kampong Cham [Province], joined the meeting and received plans to strengthen political standpoint from Pha and Tep and to assigned Sen and his networks to get ready for conquering the revolutionary authority in the course of Phnom Penh being liberated.
ឈ្មោះ កែ ថោង ហៅ ណាង ពេទ្យព-៣១ ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ សែន ប្រធានសេដ្ឋកិច្ចឃ្លាំងថ្នាំពេទ្យនៅកំពង់ចាមថាៈនៅខែ៣ ១៩៧៥ សែន បានចូលរួមប្រជុំទទួលការអប់រំពង្រឹងជំហរនយោបាយក្បត់ ពីឈ្មោះ ផានិងទេព ហើយបានដាក់ផែនការឱ្យសែននិងបក្ខពួកត្រៀមខ្លួនដណ្ដើម រដ្ឋអំណាចពីបដិវត្ដនៅពេលភ្នំពេញបានរំដោះ។
