Visiting Chinese Premier Li Peng, said here this afternoon (Wellingto, November 22) "if the Vietnamese can produce a timetable for the withdrawal of its troops that is satisfactory to all parties, and at the some time can subject its military pullout under the international supervision, then the military assistance to all the four parties in Kampuchea must and also can be gradually reduced and even totally stopped.
