Chairman Hun Sen, informed the Vietnamese leaders of his third meeting with Prince Sihanouk and of the first tripartite summit among himself, Prince Sihanouk and Mr. Son Sann, in Paris from November 06-08. He described those meeting as a new step forward negotiations among the Kampuchea parties despite difficulties caused by the KR.
