Al 08: 30 this morning, a ceremony was held in the Chamka Mon presidential palace to sign a friendship and cooperation treaty between the PRK and the Republic of Afghanistan. The treaty was signed by comrade Heng Samrin, general secretary of the KPRP central committee and chairman of the PRK council of state, and comrade Najibullah, general secretary of the people's Democratic party of Afghanistan [PDPA] central committee and president of the Republic of Afghanistan.
