Ke Thao aka Nang, Working at Hospital P-31, confessed to the fact of San, Working at Military Unit, Division 117, Northern Zone. San was a former Chief of Water Transport Canoe. In 1972, San studied at the Kampuchean Labor Party school, and was trained in treasonous politics by Ratt, working at Northern Zone Logistics. In October 1972, San attended the meeting with Nang, and received Ratt's plot to recruit more treacherous network to convince communists for the sake of country liberation in October 1973.
ឈ្មោះ កែ ថោ ហៅ ណាង ពេទ្យព-៣១ បានឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ សាន នៅអង្គភាពយោធាកងពល ១១៧ ភូមិភាគឧត្ដរថាៈ អតីតប្រធាន កាណូតដឹកជញ្ជូនជើងទឹក។ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧២ សាន បានចូលរៀន សាលាបក្សពលករកម្ពុជាបានទទួលការអប់រំនយោបាយក្បត់ពីឈ្មោះ រាត់ ភស្ដុភារភូមិភាគ។ នៅខែ១០ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧២ សាន បានចូល រួមប្រជុំជាមួយឈ្មោះ ណាង ទទួលផែនការពី រាត់ ឱ្យប្រមូល កម្លាំងកសាងកងទ័ពក្បត់ដើម្បីអូសទាញពួកកុម្មុយនិស្ដ និងផែនការ រំដោះប្រទេសក្នុងខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣។
