Jakarta : Thailand and Vietnam appear to be moving toward an agreement on term for settling the Cambodian conflict. There are grounds for cautious optimism about an initial understanding reached in talks in Hanoi last week between Siddhi Savestsila, Thai's Foreign Minister, and Nguyen Co Thach, his Vietnamese counterpart.
