According to information broadcast this morning by Japan Radio and other important Radios of the Free World, Mr. Hun Sen, the so-called "Prime Minister" of the so-called "People's Republic of Kampuchea", has declared, during his stay in Bangkok (Thailand), that he and his "government" have rejected my 5-point plan, a plan proposed with a view to bringing about an equitable solution to the so-called problem of Kampuchea.
