Ke Thao aka Nang, medical staff of hospital P-31, confessed that Mon, soldier of Northern zone logistical division 117, joined the meeting with him in order to receive plan from Roat, working in Northern zone logistics, to build up traitorous forces so as to liberate the country in October 1973.
ឈ្មោះ កែ ថោ ហៅ ណាង ពេទ្យ ព-៣១ បាននិយាយថា ឈ្មោះ ម៉ុន យោធាភស្ដុភារកងពល ១១៧ ភូមិភាគឧត្ដរ បានចូលប្រជុំ ជាមួយខ្លួនទទួលផែនការពីឈ្មោះ រាត់ ភស្ដុភារភូមិភាគឧត្ដរឱ្យ ប្រមូលកម្លាំង កសាងកម្លាំងក្បត់ ដើម្បីរំដោះប្រទេស ខែ១០-១៩៧៣។
