Ke Thao aka Nang, medical staff of hospital P-31, confessed that Loem, chief of Northern zone military unit, division 117, accepted plan from Roat, chief of Northern zone logistics, to mobilize network in order to expand traitorous forces and to serve in plan to liberate the country in October 1973.
ឈ្មោះ កែ ថោ ហៅ ណាង ពេទ្យ ព-៣១ បាននិយាយថា ឈ្មោះ ឡឹម ប្រធានយោធាភូមិភាគឧត្ដរ កងពល ១១៧ បានទទួលផែនការ ពីឈ្មោះ រាត់ ប្រធានភស្ដុភារភូមិភាគឧត្ដរ ឱ្យប្រមូលកម្លាំងកសាង ទ័ពក្បត់ និងផែនការរំដោះប្រទេសខែ១០-១៩៧៣។
