Ke Thaong aka Nang, medical staff of hospital P-31, confessed that Peou was chief of battalion, division 117, Northern zone. In October 1972, Peou took plan from Roat, chief of Northern zone logistics, to assign network to build up traitorous forces, and to carry out plan to liberate country in October 1973.
ឈ្មោះ កែ ថោ ហៅ ណាង ពេទ្យ ព-៣១ បាននិយាយថា ឈ្មោះ ពៅ ប្រធានយោធាវរសេនាតូច កងពល ១១៧ ឧត្ដរ។ នៅខែ ១០-១៩៧២ ពៅ បានទទួលផែនការពី រាត់ ប្រធានភស្ដុភារ ភូមិភាគឧត្ដរ ឱ្យប្រមូលកម្លាំងកសាងទ័ពក្បត់ និងផែនការរំដោះ ប្រទេសខែ១០-១៩៧៣។
