They don't know it yet, but after 10 years in camps along the Thai border, 300,000 Cambodian refugees are being prepared to be sent home. Yesterday the Thai army formally announced a new policy of repatriation for the Cambodian refugees who have been wasting away in makeshift camps just inside Thailand since the Vietnamese invades Cambodia in 1979.
