On February 15, Hanoi Vietnamese Foreign Minister Nguyen co Thach babbled that of talks on solving the Cambodian problem in Jakarta, which star on February 19, failed to reach an agreement, Vietnam will not withdrawal its forces from Cambodia in September as it has announced, it would be up to Vietnam to decide the date of the Vietnamese troops pullout, and this withdrawal would be outside the framework of a political solution to the Cambodian problem.
