The Cambodian peace talks in Paris started badly yesterday, will both sides conceding that no progress had been made in their first round of discussions. We couldn't agree on anything except the lunch menu, said Prince Sihanouk, leader of the Cambodian resistance, after several hours of talks of talks with Hun Sen, Prime Minister of the Phnom Penh government.
