Nhep Suong aka Phann, working in state fishing unit, confessed that Yoeun, working in battalion, division 502, was a leader, who led [treacherous forces]to strike the office S-21, built up traitorous forces, contacted traitorous network, prepared equipment for fighting the party, and sent treacherous forces to hide into the party and Pochetong Airport in order to destroy planes.
