Nhim Sreang disappeared. Interviewed with his 70-year-old uncle Chea Lim; Sreang was born in Po Sala No. 1 village, Prek Krabao sub-district, Kang Meas district, Kampong Cham province. Sreang's father was Chea Dim and his mother was Nov Im. He has seven siblings: 4 girls and 3 boys. When he was a child, Sreang went to Wat Po Sala Primary School, but no one knew which grade he was. Sreang left school because of the coup in 1970. After leaving school, Sreang helped his family farm in a rice field. It was in 1972 that Sreang volunteered to join the revolution because of the wrath of Lon Nol Bombardment that made people angry and painful, and Samdach also declared to run into the Marki forest. Sreang served as a soldier in the eastern zone that the village chiefs were Sao Phim and Khat Ngorn. When becoming the soldier, Sreang came home once. It was in 1975 that it's see he came home again and told that he was working in Phnom Penh. Since he went back, Sreang has been disappeared until now. According to his biography, Sreang was arrested by Angkar on February 4, 1977 while Chea Lim, his uncle, during the KR regime from 1975 to 1979, was assigned to farm paddy, to build dams and to make dikes. Chea Lim had almost no time to rest, and the food ration wasn't enough, eating only porridge mixed with corns. At that time, even there wasn't enough food to eat, on one dare say or protest because of being afraid of death. In the KR regime, it was seen that KR soldiers captured people and put in the house-cart, and these people never returned. Even we made a small mistake like digging potatoes and stealing bananas, we would be killed, especially new people.
ឈ្មោះ ញឹម ស្រ៊ាង បាត់ខ្លួន។ ជួបជាមួយឈ្មោះ ជា លឹម អាយុ៧០ឆ្នាំត្រូវជាឪពុកមា។ ស្រ៊ាង មានស្រុកកំណើតនៅភូមិ ពោធិសាលាទី១ ឃុំព្រែកក្របៅ ស្រុកកងមាស ខេត្ដកំពង់ចាម។ ស្រ៊ាង មានឪពុកឈ្មោះ ជា ឌឹម ម្ដាយឈ្មោះ នៅ អ៊ឹម មានបងប្អូន៧នាក់ ស្រី៤ប្រុស៣។ កាលពីតូច ស្រ៊ាង រៀននៅសាលាបឋមសិក្សាវត្ដពោធិ តែមិនដឹងថា រៀនបានត្រឹម ថ្នាក់ទីប៉ុន្មានទេ។ ស្រ៊ាង ឈប់រៀនដោយសារកើតមានរដ្ឋប្រហារ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧០។ ឈប់រៀនមកជួយធ្វើស្រែចម្ការវិញ នៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៧២ បានស្ម័គ្រចិត្ដចូលបដិវត្ដដោយសារខឹងនិងរបប លន់ នល់ ទម្លាក់គ្រាប់បែកធ្វើឱ្យប្រជាជនមានកំហឹងឈឺចាប់ ណាមួយសមេ្ដច ប្រកាសឱ្យកូនចៅចូលពៃ្រម៉ាគីផង។ ស្រ៊ាង បានចូលបម្រើជា យោធានៅក្នុងភូមិភាគបូព៌ា ប្រធានភូមិភាគឈ្មោះ សោ ភឹម ឈ្មោះ ខាត់ ងន។ ពេលចូលបានប្រហែល៥ខែ ស្រ៊ាង ធ្លាប់បានមក លេងផ្ទះ។ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥ ឃើញត្រឡប់មកលេងផ្ទះម្ដងទៀត ហើយប្រាប់ថា សព្វថៃ្ងធ្វើការនៅភ្នំពេញ។ ពេលត្រឡប់ទៅវិញ ស្រាប់តែបាត់ខ្លួនរហូត។ បើតាមប្រវត្ដិរូប ដាក់ថា ស្រ៊ាង ត្រូវអង្គការចាប់ខ្លួននៅថៃ្ងទី៤ខែ២ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៧។ រីឯ ឈ្មោះ ជា លឹម ត្រូវជាឪពុកមា ជំនាន់ខែ្មរក្រហមពីឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥ដល់៧៩ អង្គការចាត់តាំងឱ្យធ្វើស្រែលើកទំនប់ជីកប្រឡាយ សឹកថាគ្មានពេល សម្រាក ហើយរបបហូបចុកមិនបានគ្រប់គ្រាន់ ហូបតែបបរលាយគ្រាប់ពោត។ កាលនោះទោះហូបមិន ឆែ្អតក៏មិនហ៊ាននិយាយដែរ ព្រោះខ្លាចស្លាប់។ នៅជំនាន់ខែ្មរក្រហមឃើញយោធាខែ្មរក្រហមចាប់ប្រជាជន
