Paris, August 10, AFP - Cambodian resistance leader Prince Norodom Sihanouk said Thursday he had refused an offer to from a coalition government with Phnom Penh premier Hun Sen but would be willing to keep his "administrative infra-structure" for a month or two under a peace settlement for Cambodia.
