Heng Phann aka Pheng, big cell politics, division 310, Sing Mengly aka Chhy, committee of artillery technical school, division 310, and Sou Heab aka Phal, combatant of division 310, confessed that in 1973, Soeun, [member of]big cell, division 310, was a traitorous network, and constantly carried out activities such as poisoned combatants and destroyed revolutionary forces.
