Hao Thouren joined the CIA in October 1968 and was captured on December 24, 1975. Thouren confessed that Yuk Khichour joined the CIA in 1972 and searched for those selling gasoline to the liberated regions. After April 17, 1975, Khichour linked networks with Seng Veng and Suk Soeun and criticized the revolutionary Angkar and broke milk filter.
