Hao Seng confessed that Sok Say, Working at Textile Unit T-4, was a former Worker at Sin Heng Textile factory, and joined the C.I.A in 1973 through Buoy Bakk Heng, working at Sin Heng factory. After the liberation, Sok Say started working for factory T-4 and carried out subversive acts by destroying repairable shuttles.
ឈ្មោះ ហោ សេង បានឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ សុក សាយ នៅតម្បាញ ត-៤ ថា អតីតជាកម្មករចាស់នៅរោងចក្រតម្បាញ ស៊ិន ហេង ហើយបានចូលសេអ៊ីអានៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ក្នុងខ្សែប៊ួយ បាក់ហេង ធ្វើការនៅរោងចក្រស៊ិន ហេង។ ក្រោយរំដោះ សុក សាយ មកធ្វើការនៅរោងចក្រត-៤ ហើយធ្វើវិចេ្ឆទកម្មបំផ្លាញត្រល់ ដែលអាចជួសជុលបានធ្វើឱ្យខូចថែម។
