The confession of Ngieng Vann Trong, 1st class lieutenant, battalion 3, division 3, arrested in Sre Khchum, Mondul Kiri province, on September 22, 1978 confessed that on September 22, 1978 captain Hay Tou, and 1st class lieutenant Ry took the lead his colleague to the intersection road in Dik Thanh sub-district, Phiek Bin district. After that, his colleague infiltrated into the Kampuchea territory and then were arrested on September 22, 1978.
ឈ្មោះ ងៀង វ៉ាន់ត្រុង អនុសេនីយផ្កាយ ២ វរសេនាតូចលេខ ៣ កងពលលេខ ៣ ចាប់ខ្លួនថ្ងៃ២២-៩-១៩៧៨ នៅស្រែខំ្ទុ ខេត្ដមណ្ឌលគីរី បានសារភាពថា នៅថ្ងែ២២-៩-១៩៧៨ អនុសេនីយផ្កាយ ៣ ហាយ ទូ និងអនុសេនីយផ្កាយ ២ រី បានជូន ពួកខ្លួនមកដល់ផ្លូវបំបែក ឃុំឌឹកថាញ់ កុ្នងស្រុកភៀកប៊ិញ។ ពួកខ្លួន ក៏ចូលមកកុ្នងទឹកដីកម្ពុជា ហើយត្រូវបានចាប់ខ្លួននៅថ្ងៃដូចខាងលើ។
