ឈ្មោះ អៀង ឡន ហៅ ណន សមាជិកវរសេនាតូច កងពល ៣១០ បានឆ្លើយថា ឈ្មោះ សេង យោធាវរសេនាតូច កងពល ៩២០ បានចូលរួមប្រជុំទទួលផែនការក្បត់ជាមួយខ្លួននៅខែ៥-១៩៧៥។
