Summary / Abstract :
|
KR guerrillas are letting thousands of Cambodian refugees leave malarial jungles along the Thai-Cambodian border to get food and medical care, and to tell of their lives in hidden camps. In the past year, the KR, which massacred Cambodians in the 1970, has let almost 30,000 refugees from military-run settlements go to two civilian camps overseen by UN officials, O Trao and site K.
