Aom Soek, Phnom Penh train repairer, confessed that in 1968, he introduced Uch Phuong to serve in CIA. In October 1972, Uch Phuong and his networks persuaded people at Boeng Chhouk village, Leu maket in front of Cloths Factory and Wat Sangke in Battambang province.
ឈ្មោះ អោម សឹក អ្នកជួសជុលរទេះភ្លើងភំ្នពេញ បានសារភាពថា នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៦៨ ខ្លួនបានបញ្ចូលឈ្មោះ អ៊ុច ភួង ជាសេអ៊ីអា។ ខែ១០-១៩៧២ អ៊ុច ភួង និងបក្សពួកបានទៅឃោសនាបញ្ចុះ ញ្ចូលប្រជាជននៅភូមិបឹងឈូក នៅផ្សារលើមុខរោងចក្រក្រណាត់ វត្ដសង្កែក្នុងខេត្ដបាត់ដំបង។
