Aom Soek, mechanic of train factory in Phnom Penh, confessed that So Han, welder of train unit in Battambang, joined the C.I.A in 1970 and had the links with CIA up to now. So Han received Kiri Phalla's plots to build up CIA forces, to convince people to hate the revolutionary regime, and to locate the revolutionary bases for destruction purpose between 1974 and 1975.
ឈ្មោះ អោម សឹក ជាងជួសជុលម៉ាស៊ីននៅរោងចក្ររថភ្លើង ភ្នំពេញ បានឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ សូ ហន ជាងផ្សារនៅរោងចក្ររថភ្លើង បាត់ដំបងថា ចូលសេអ៊ីនៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧០ ហើយបានភ្ជាប់ខ្សែសេអ៊ីអា រហូតមកដល់ បច្ចុប្បន្ន។ សូ ហន បានទទួលផែនការពីឈ្មោះ គិរី ផល្លា ឱ្យកសាងកម្លាំងសេអ៊ីអា បំផុសប្រជាជនឱ្យស្អប់របបបដិវត្ដ និងតាមដាន ស្រាវជ្រាវរកមូលដ្ឋានបដិវត្ដដើម្បីកំទេចក្នុងកំឡុង ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤- ១៩៧៥។
