Ao Chy, soldier of Regiment 116, Region 15, and Em Oeun, soldier of Battalion, Regiment 116, confessed that Khoem Thoeun, secretary of Regiment 116, Region 15, attended the meeting and had the plans to convince soldiers to counter the Angkar, to recruite forces in preparation for anti-party strike, to create traitors, and to convince people and combatants to hate the revolution.
ឈ្មោះ អោ ជី យុទ្ធជនវរសេនាធំ ១១៦ តំបន់ ១៥ និង អែម អឿន យុទ្ធជន វរសេនាតូច វរសេនាធំ ១១៦ បានឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ ខឹម ធឿន លេខាវរសេនាធំ ១១៦ តំបន់ ១៥ បានចូលប្រជុំលើក ផែនការបំផុសយុទ្ធជនឱ្យប្រឆាំងអង្គការ ប្រមូលកម្លាំងត្រៀម វាយបក្ស កសាងកម្លាំងក្បត់ និងបំផុសប្រជាជន យុទ្ធជន ឱ្យស្អប់បដិវត្ដ។
