According to Cambodia officials here, Moscow's annual aid to Phnom Penh has now dropped below the estimated US $100 million level from the previous year. Soviet leaders informed Cambodian Deputy Prime Minister Chea Soth, during his recent visit to Moscow that Soviet aid would be reduced.
