Nget Chan aka Khuon, soldier of regiment 51, division 502, confessed that Seng, working in former 50-member cell of battalion 119 and Stoeng Meanchey glass factory in 1975, accepted traitorous plan from Sokh to contact [enemy soldiers]in Prek Thmei military camp in order to find out utilities, and to ask [enemy soldiers] to open way for combatants of Eastern zone to travel in region 25.
ឈ្មោះ ង៉ែត ចន ហៅ ឃួន យុទ្ធជនមនី្ទរវរសេនាធំ ៥១ កងពល ៥០២ បានសារភាពថា ឈ្មោះ សេង អតីតវរសេនាតូច ១១៩ កងហា ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៥ នៅរោងចក្រកែវស្ទឹងមានជ័យ បានទទួលផែន ការក្បត់ពី ឈ្មោះ សុខ ចូលរួមទាក់ទងទាហានបន្ទាយព្រែកថ្មីដើម្បី រកសម្ភារៈប្រើ និងឱ្យទាហានបើកផ្លូវឱ្យទ័ពពួកបូព៌ា ចេញចូលតំបន់ ២៥។
