Aranyaprathet: Khmer Rouge Fight Claimed yesterday they had overrun a Phnom Penh government military stronghold controlling a strategic nountain rage in northern Cambodia. Khmer Rouge sources here said the overrun military division was located at Ban Kumlam Veng in Anlung Venh district of Oddar Meanchey in northeastern Cambodia.
