The Khmer Rouge military command has ordered its guerrillas in a radio broadcast to seize the famed ancient Angkor Temple complex in northern Cambodia from Phnom Penh's troops. The Marxist Khmer Rouge from the military backbone of a guerrilla coalition fighting the armed forces of the Hanoi- Backed government installed in Phnom Penh 11 years ago when Vietnam invaded Cambodia to topple Pol Pot Khmer Rouge regime.
