Thiem Saran aka Kim, Chief of Platoon Politics, State Warehouse at Kilometer 6, conceded that Pha, chief of Sot Nikum district Political Company, was a Khuon's White Khmer network. Pha and Chea, chiefs of Siem Reap region economy, had a plan to lead the people to stage an anti-party demonstration in December 1976.
ឈ្មោះ ធៀម សារ៉ន ហៅ គីម ប្រធាននយោបាយអនុសេនាតូច ឃ្លាំងរដ្ឋ គ,ម ៦ បានឆ្លើយថាៈ ឈ្មោះ ផា ប្រធាននយោបាយ ស្រុកសូទ្រនិគម និងប្រធានអនុសេនាធំកងស្រុក ជាខ្មែរសក្នុងខ្សែ របស់ ឃួន។ ផា និង ជា ប្រធានសេដ្ឋកិច្ចតំបន់សៀមរាប មាន ផែនការដឹកនាំប្រជាជនតំបន់សៀមរាបធ្វើបាតុកម្មប្រឆាំងបក្សនៅ ខែ១២ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦។
