Chev Chhon aka Mon, member of regiment 11, confessed that the party set up plan to smash out Tep Pranam and Chet Dei Thmei military bases; moreover, he cooperated with Chhan and Sinuon to establish plan to contact first class lieutenant Thach Ny, commander of Tep Pranam, in order to lead his soldiers to escape from military camp, during the attack. While we were discussing, Born, secretary of regiment, and Nun, secretary of artillery battalion, also participated this meeting, in which they carefully raised the way of how to conceal the secret so as not to allow [the enemy]to break up our forces.
ឈ្មោះ ចេវ ឆុន ហៅ ម៉ុន សមាជិកវរសេនាធំ ១១ បានឆ្លើយថា កាលណោះ បក្សបានលើកទិសវាយផ្ដាច់បន្ទាយទេពប្រណម្យ និងបន្ទាយចេតីយថ្មី។ ខ្លួនរួមជាមួយឈ្មោះ ឆន និង ស៊ីនួន បានប្រជុំគ្នាលើកគំរោងការណ៍ទាក់ទងសក្កី ២ ថាច់ នី មេបញ្ជាការ នៅបន្ទាយទេពប្រណម្យឱ្យរៀបចំនាំកូនទាហានរត់ចេញពីបន្ទាយដើម្បី ម្ចាស់ការលើយើងពេលវាយបុកចូល។ ពេលដែលកំពុងពិភាក្សាគ្នានេះ ឈ្មោះ ប៊ន លេខាវរសេនាធំ និងឈ្មោះ នុន លេខាវរសេនាតូច កាំភើ្លងធំ ក៏នៅប្រជុំទីនោះដែរ ហើយមានមតិថា លក្ខការណ៍ ប្រយ័ត្នបែកគ្នាខូចកម្លាំង។
