A fluky of negotiation and preparations were underway yesterday in order to convene the first meeting of the SNC , Thai and Cambodian source said. The Sihanoukists yesterday issued a statement saying the resistance coalition had agreed to invite the Prince to be the chairman of the SNC and urged Phnom Penh to join in.
