Yun Soeun aka Yus, chief of handicraft in eastern zone, confessed that Prum Samith, chief of monk movement in eastern zone, was a Free Khmer network from Hanoi. In September 1970, Prum came to northeast zone to join the secrete meeting with Yus so as to accept a plot to take over the authority from Communist Party of Kampuchea. Then Prum Samith came to eastern zone to link networks with Ta Chhouk and also carried out activities for supporting the Free Khmer network.
យន់ សឿន ហៅ យស់ ប្រធានសិប្បកម្មភូមិភាគបូព៌ាបាន សារភាពថា ឈ្មោះ ព្រំ សាមិត ប្រធានចលនាសង្ឃនៅភូមិភាគបូព៌ា ជាភ្នាក់ងារខ្មែរសេរីមកពីហាណូយ។ នៅខែ៩-១៩៧០ មកនៅភូមិ ភាគឦសាន ព្រំ សាមិត និងខ្លួន បានប្រជុំគ្នាជាសម្ងាត់ជាមួយ បក្សពួកអំពីគំរោងការដណើ្ដមរដ្ឋអំណាច ពីបក្សកុម្មុយនីស្ដកម្ពុជា។ ក្រោយមក ព្រំ សាមិត មកនៅភូមិភាគបូព៌ាភ្ជាប់ខ្សែជាមួយតាឈូក ហើយធ្វើសកម្មភាពបំរើបក្សខ្មែរសេរីនៅបូព៌ា។
